Your entry was sent and the appraisal office will be calling you to schedule your appraisal inspection soon. Here are some things to keep in mind when the appraiser comes:

• The appraiser asks for a 1/2 hr window from the scheduled inspection  time
• The appraiser will introduce herself upon arrival
• The appraiser will be wearing a mask and gloves during the inspection
• The appraiser will begin measuring on the outside of the house first
• The appraiser will need access to the front yard and rear yard
• The appraiser will take pictures of the exterior, covered patio, external buildings, etc
• The appraiser will measure the interior upstairs and downstairs
• The appraiser will take pictures in the garage and measure in the garage
• The appraiser will need access to ALL rooms, please leave them unlocked
• The appraiser asks that lights be turned on in all the rooms for your safety
  
• There can be no pets or people in the pictures
• A 1 story house inspection takes about 30 minutes
• A 2 story house inspection takes about 45 minutes
